About Me
You’ve already seen my name, a photo, and a list of what I am. While it’s not everything, it’s a summary of my professional career. I am also many other things in my private life.

As a child, I grew up believing that one day everything would fall into place—neat, perfect, and orderly. It’s lovely to be a child and innocent, isn’t it? But life had other plans.

I remember a time when I faced a major crossroads, a decision that would change the course of my life. It wasn’t easy, and the fear of the unknown was overwhelming. But through that experience, I learned that change is not something to fear but to embrace. It’s through change that we grow, evolve, and discover our true potential.

Today, as I look back, I can hardly believe all the changes I’ve made in my life—some I sought out, and others simply happened. And when I look ahead, I see countless possibilities for future changes—some I will pursue proactively, and others will unfold beyond my control.

How did I get here after experiencing so many changes? I don’t know; there isn’t a one-size-fits-all recipe for navigating life’s transformations.

The changes that came as “surprises” were overcome because I accepted what they brought, and, most importantly, I didn’t try to suppress the emotions they stirred. Don’t get me wrong; I didn’t always handle them this way. Of course, I resisted—and strongly—especially the negative emotions. But over time, I learned that if you don’t give space or allow yourself to feel your emotions when they arise, they’ll resurface later, potentially with a more significant impact.

Also, I understood that the goal is not to seek complete change or to fully resolve the problems. The important thing, and the secret to success, is to start the process with small changes (reducing suffering, getting a bit more sleep, or feeling less fear...), to help eliminate the utopian idea of total change from our minds. Nothing is black or white; there are no total successes or definitive failures. This will boost self-confidence and enable us to keep moving (remember that growing is not a linear path), perhaps reaching places we never imagined possible at the beginning of the process.

My journey from Argentina to Europe has been a lesson in navigating change—sometimes by choice, and others by necessity. When I first arrived in Italy, it was with a singular focus: to play volleyball professionally. The thrill of competing in a new country was exhilarating, but nobody said it will be easy. A knee injury forced me to reassess everything, and I found myself at a crossroads much sooner than expected.

Moving to Spain marked the beginning of a new chapter, one that was filled with uncertainty but also found me more skilled to face them and, most important, with a clear plan in my head, work as a Medical Doctor. I lived in three different cities, each move driven by the need to adapt to changing circumstances.
While in Spain, I took on the daunting task of validating my Medical Doctor degree, a process that required immense perseverance and patience. And, during this period, I also began to explore a new direction in my life, one that started with a small change in mindset and eventually led to a significant shift in my career path.

Embracing this change, I joined a pharmaceutical company, leaving behind the world of sports for a new challenge. This decision wasn’t easy, but it taught me the importance of being open to new possibilities and taking incremental steps that could eventually lead to broader transformations. My career in pharma took me through various roles with increasing levels of responsibility, each one a stepping stone that required me to adapt and grow. Eventually, this path led me to Switzerland, where I continued to develop professionally.

However, life threw another curve-ball when I was laid off a year and a half ago. It was a tough moment, but by then, I had learned that change, while challenging, often begins with small adjustments that open the door to new opportunities. I decided to use this time to further my education, enrolling in a postgraduate program in psychotherapy. This decision was driven by a desire to not only expand my skill set but also to explore new ways of helping others through their own changes and challenges.

Through all these experiences, I’ve come to see change not as something to fear, but as a powerful force for growth. Every major shift in my life started with a small decision—whether it was curiosity about how should be living abroad, looking for information about something different than what I was doing, or facing unexpected setbacks. Each small change triggered bigger ones, creating a ripple effect that led to profound personal and professional growth. I’ve learned that success lies in our ability to manage change, to embrace it with an open mind, and to find new paths forward even when the road ahead seems uncertain.

Today, as I continue to navigate my professional journey, I carry with me the understanding that change is not the end of one chapter, but the beginning of another. It’s a process of continuous learning and growth, and with each change, I’ve discovered more about who I am and what I’m capable of achieving.
